Soltage, NewWorld announce 3.5-MW solar power project

Soltage LLC and NewWorld Environmental Infrastructure LP have announced the seventh project in a partnership between the two companies. The newest project, a 3.5-MW solar photovoltaic power plant, will be constructed in Oxford, Mass.

The two companies have a solar power portfolio with a capacity of more than 15 MW, Soltage stated in release.

NewWorld Environmental Infrastructure partnered on the investment with CleanTech Alliance Fund, managed by North Sky Capital of Minneapolis, Minn. Soltage is backed by a group of investors, including Tenaska, with approximately 11,000 MW of power generating assets under management.
