PG&E Appoints New Vice President Of Electric Transmission Operations


Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), a subsidiary of PG&E Corporation (NYSE:PCG), one of the largest combined natural gas and electric utilities in the United States, has appointed Gregg Lemler as vice president of Electric Transmission Operations. Elected by PG&E's Board of Directors, Lemler's new position became effective Dec. 1.

In this role, Lemler is responsible for overseeing the operation of PG&E's electric transmission system and substations. He will report to executive vice president of Electric Operations, Geisha Williams.

Lemler brings more than 30 years of industry experience. Prior to his new role, he served as senior director of the Transmission System Operations organization.

Lemler received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from California State University. Most recently, he graduated from the executive business administration and management program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
