Oyster Creek nuclear power plant

The 636 MW Oyster Creek nuclear power plant in New Jersey was returned to service on Dec. 20 following a maintenance outage.

The plant was shut down Dec. 14 for the repairs. Workers with Exelon (NYSE: EXC) completed maintenance on a system that regulates pressure to the steam turbines along with other work. The work could not be completed while the plant was running.
