Georgia Transmission names new CEO

Georgia Transmission Corp. (GTC), a non-profit cooperative owned by 38 Electric Membership Corporations, has selected Jerry Donovan as the president and chief executive officer.

Previously, Donovan served as senior vice president and chief operating officer. He has more than 30 years industry experience.

Donovan holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Mississippi State University.
