DOE orders nuclear process and air monitors


U.S. Nuclear Corp. received $860,000 in new purchase orders for air monitors and process monitors from the U.S. Department of Energy at Los Alamos National Labs, Atomtec in China and Radiation Measurement Systems in Canada.

The orders include new and enhanced products from the model 357 Wire Grid HTO, model Traithalon and model TGMS. The TGMS is a multi-detector system that features fast separation of different radioactive materials and is specifically designed to support development of the molten salt reactors in China. The Triathalon features data analysis software, a color touch-screen display and on-board data storage.
