Company in Mexico receives $147mn for hydroelectric project work

Empresas ICA S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: ICA), an infrastructure and construction company in Mexico, said it received an additional $147 million for the La Yesca hydroelectric project.

ICA delivered the 750 MW hydroelectric project to the Federal Electricity Commission in 2012. The additional payment is a partial settlement for additional work performed on the project. The parties continue to negotiate the total value of additional work as part of the finalization of the contract.
