Clarcor acquires GE’s natural gas air filtration business

Clarcor Inc. (NYSE: CLC) completed the acquisition of the Air Filtration business from GE (NYSE: GE) Power & Water division.

The Air Fitration business supplies air filtration systems and filters used in gas turbine applications, as well as industrial air filtration products and membranes under the BHA and Altair names. The acquired business will operate as Clarcor Industrial Air.
