On-site solar PV project built in N.J.

On-site solar photovoltaic New Jersey Marina Energy South Jersey Industries Gehrlicher Solar America Corp Berry Plastics Corp

Marina Energy, a subsidiary of South Jersey Industries (NYSE: SJI), and Gehrlicher Solar America Corp. (GSAC), built a 13 MW ground-mounted solar project in New Jersey.

The project will be built adjacent to a facility owned by global packaging manufacturer Berry Plastics Corp. Solops LLC developed the plant and Marina Energy helped to finance it. The project uses 44,270 photovoltaic modules and 20 inverters.
