Universal AET purchases genset enclosure manufacturer

Universal Acoustic & Emission Technologies will purchase Ojibway Enclosure Systems, a manufacturer of enclosures and packager of generator sets for power generation systems. Financnial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Ojibway also does laser cutting, welding and forming of a variety of metal products and assists in the installation of generator sets. Ojibway’s products will be branded Ojibway Enclosures and all of the employees will be retained.
