Day & Zimmermann names new VP for nuclear business development

Day & Zimmermann, a provider of industrial, defense and workforce solutions for government and commercial customers, announced today that Eric Hale has been named Vice President of Business Development, Nuclear. In this role, Hale will be responsible for the strategic growth and development of the firm’s nuclear business.  According to a company press release, he brings more than 20 years of experience in the power industry.

Prior to joining Day and Zimmermann, Hale was a Vice President of Regional Sales for Babcock & Wilcox Nuclear Energy (NYSE: BWC) responsible for the Midwest region. He has also held sales positions at the Electric Power Research Institute and Nalco Chemical Co. and began his career as an engineer at Bechtel. Hale holds a BS in nuclear engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
