Fluor to continue nuclear O&M work for PG&E

Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant California Pacific Gas & Electric Fluor Corporation O&M contract extension

Fluor Corp. (NYSE: FLR) was awarded a contract extension for operations and maintenance work at Pacific Gas & Electric (NYSE: PCG)’s Diablo Canyon nuclear units 1 and 2 in California.

Fluor will continue to provide ongoing maintenance, modification and outage services for the units. The initial contract was awarded in May 2010.

The plant uses two pressurized water reactors that have been operating since 1985.
