Solar America enters new strategic alliance to expand in Mexico

Solar America Corp. announced it has entered into a strategic alliance with SolarMex Equipos Solares de Mexico, a reseller of solar products located in Guadalajara, Mexico, continuing the company’s expansion in the market for Mexico’s renewable energy programs.

According to Solar America CEO Robert Bludorn, the strategic alliance with SolarMex gives Solar America the ability to capitalize on the existing infrastructure and relationships built by SolarMex as the company works to acquire additional projects in Mexico.

“Though SolarMex was recently incorporated, its principals have been in the solar industry for years and have developed an extensive project portfolio in the Guadalajara region,” Bludorn stated in a release.

Solar America recently announced plans for its second project in Mexico, providing solar power solutions for the San Nicolas housing project in Guadalajara.
