Oyster Creek nuclear power plant Exelon Corp refueling Superstorm Hurricane Sandy

The oldest nuclear power plant in the U.S. came back online Dec. 3. The 636 MW Oyster Creek plant in New Jersey had been offline for refueling and maintenance since late October, and was briefly under a state of alert due to the effects of Superstorm Sandy.
