Joint venture developed to build, operate solar power projects in North America

Greenwood Energy, the North American renewable energy division of the Libra Group, on Oct. 4 said it is developing a new joint venture with Biosar Energy S.A., a construction firm that focuses on medium and large-scale photovoltaic (PV) solar projects in Europe.  The new joint venture will be called Greenwood Biosar.

Greenwood Biosar operations in North America will include preliminary design, technical and implementation studies; permitting, engineering and construction; Integrated Facility Management System for PV plants;  and operation and maintenance.
