Emissions control orders received for $2.7mn

Fuel Tech Inc. (NASDAQ: FTEK) signed emissions control orders totaling $2.7 million.

The largest contract was for a selective non-catalytic reduction (SCR) for three industrial boilers for an unnamed company in the Midwest U.S. Deliveries are scheduled for the first and second quarters of 2013.

Fuel Tech also received one international and two domestic computational fluid dynamic (CFD) modeling orders, as well as a spare parts order from an unnamed domestic utility.
