NAES signs O&M agreement for Kansas wind farm

NAES Corp., a broad-based provider of services to the energy industry, announces that it has signed an operations and maintenance (O&M) agreement for the 166 MW Cimarron Wind Facility near Dodge City, Kan. The project is currently under construction, and NAES expects to assume operations in late 2012.

NAES is responsible for operations and maintenance of Cimarron, including site staffing, maintenance of balance of plant equipment, and management of the turbine service and maintenance agreement and other site maintenance contractors.

Cimarron, developed, owned and managed by CPV Renewable Energy Co., features 72 Siemens (NYSE: SI) 2.3 - 108 wind turbine generators. All power will be fed to the grid at 345kV to Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA).
