SNC-Lavalin announces leadership change

SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. on March 26 said Pierre Duhaime has stepped down from his position as Chief Executive Officer and will retire from the company.

A search for a new Chief Executive Officer will begin immediately under the direction of the Chairman of the Board. Both internal and external candidates will be considered.

At the request of the other members of the Board, Ian A. Bourne has agreed to assume the function of Vice Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company.
