OCI Solar Power completes N.J. solar project

OCI Solar Power has completed a 3 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) plant in Vineland, N.J. The solar facility, Vineland Solar IV, utilizes more than 13,000 solar PV modules.

OCI Solar Power will operate Vineland Solar IV and sell the electricity it produces to the Vineland Municipal Electric Utility. The Delsea Drive project is one of 40 solar projects currently under development by OCI Solar Power. The company was recently named as a finalist for one of the nation’s largest solar power development projects in the country, which is to be constructed in Texas.
