Dominion announces leadership changes

Dominion (NYSE: D) said on Feb. 29 Diane Leopold and Paul E. Ruppert will trade job responsibilities. Effective April 1, Leopold will become senior vice president-Dominion Transmission, and Ruppert will become senior vice president-Business Development and Generation Construction.

Leopold, who will report to Dominion Energy CEO Gary L. Sypolt, will be responsible for a gas transmission system that has links to other major pipelines and to markets in the Midwest, mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the United States.

Ruppert, who will report to Dominion Generation CEO David A. Christian, will manage all new utility and merchant generation and generation-related environmental projects. He will also be responsible for maintaining the projects' safety, timelines and budgets.
