EnXco signs O&M contract with MidAmerican Energy

EnXco Service Corp has signed a multiyear agreement with MidAmerican Energy Co. to provide O&M services for 477 MW of wind energy capacity at four Iowa projects.

EnXco’s services will include project oversight and reporting, as well as ongoing remote monitoring and fault resets from its operations control center in Minnesota.

The following four wind projects, which use GE (NYSE: GE) 1.5-MW SLE wind turbines, are included in the agreement: the Carroll Wind Farm (150 MW), the Charles City Wind Farm (75 MW), the Victory Wind Farm (99 MW) and the Walnut Wind Farm (153 MW).
