CH2M Hill completes acquisition of Halcrow

Consulting, design and construction firm CH2M Hill completed the acquisition of Halcrow, a UK-based engineering, planning, design and management services firm for £124 million ($197.4 million).

The deal was initially announced on Sept. 26. There is no word on if there are any management changes within the companies.
