Gas-fired power plant to be equipped with Vogt HRSGs

Vogt Power International Inc., a unit of Babcock Power Inc., received an order from Siemens AG to supply heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs) and associated equipment for the gas-fired, combined cycle GMR Energy Power Plant project in Singapore.

Vogt Power will design and deliver two unfired, three pressure level HRSGs with reheat for use behind Siemens (NYSE: SI) SGT5-4000F gas turbines.

The project is due to be complete by the end of 2013.
