NERC senior VP named CEO of Transmission Forum

The North American Electric Reliability Corp. (NERC) announced that Thomas J. Galloway, senior vice president and chief reliability officer, is the new president and chief executive officer at North American Transmission Forum effective Oct. 15.

Galloway joined NERC in July 2010 over the corporation’s Operations and Engineering, Standards and Compliance Operations functions. He also served as an evaluation team manager, assistance team leader and senior representative at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations.
