EPA rules debated at Coal-Gen

During a plenary and question and answer session at Coal-Gen 2011, speakers from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), American Electric Power (AEP, NYSE: AEP) and Burns & McDonnell discussed rules proposed by the EPA aimed to cut emissions from coal-fired power plants and how those rules could affect the industry as a whole.
