FirstEnergy unit names Graf director at Harrison station

James E. Graf was named director of the 1,984 MW coal-fired Harrison Power Station for FirstEnergy Generation Corp., a unit of FirstEnergy Corp. (NYSE: FE).   

Graf was named interim director at the power plant following the merger of FirstEnergy Corp. and Allegheny Energy earlier in 2011. Graf began working at the Harrison Power Station in 2003 as an operations technician. He was later named outage supervisor and he was promoted to manager, Maintenance, in 2009, and manager, Operations, in April 2011.
