White Oak wind project sold to Bank of America

NextEra Energy Resources LLC said one of its business units sold Class B membership interests in the White Oak Energy Funding LLC to a unit of Bank of America Corp. The transaction is made up of two fundings totaling $177 million in proceeds.

The 150 MW White Oak project in Illinois is expected to qualify for a cash grant under section 1603 of the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act.
