SEPA SEIA reports show uptick in solar market

Reports from the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and the Solar Electric Power Association (SEPA) show that utilities in the U.S. are buying more solar facilities and that the U.S. solar market installed 252 MW in the first quarter of 2011.
