Nordic Windpower names new CEO

Nordic Windpower announced Jeff Brown has been appointed CEO and Director. He succeeds Tom Carbone, who will resume the independent product and development activities he managed prior to joining the company.

Brown had been COO of Nordic Windpower since 2008. Before that, he was region general manager of Contractual Service with GE Energy, where he was responsible for long-term service contrats to maintain heavy gas and steam turbines in the power industry.

Brown earned his bachelor’s in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Suffolk University.
