SEIA names three to new positions

The Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) hired Manning Feraci to serve as vice president of Legislative Affairs effective May 9. Feraci will lead the organization’s efforts on Capitol Hill.

The group also named Dan Adamson as vice president of Regulatory Affairs and Tom Kimbis as vice president of Strategy and External Affairs.

Feraci recently was vice president of Federal Affairs for the National Biodiesel Board and has 14 years’ experience working on Capitol Hill.

Adamson previously was vice president of Government Affairs for SEIA and held positions with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Department of Energy.

Kimbis previously worked as the director of Policy and Research and previously served as acting program manager for the DOE’s Solar Energy Technologies Program.
