Wind plans cancelled

Invenergy said it is withdrawing plans to build a 150 MW wind power project in Wisconsin.

The project, announced in October 2009, would have used 94 to 100 turbines and generated 150 MW of electricity. The company says regulatory uncertainty is the reason for having to cancel plans for the project.
