Sigler joins Baker & McKenzie as partner

Denmon Sigler Baker & McKenzie

Denmon Sigler has joined Baker & McKenzie as a partner specializing in US and international energy and resource transactions.

Sigler continues to advise clients in acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and project development throughout the oil and gas supply chain. She has more than 17 years of experience in similar roles.

Sigler is joined by associate Rocio Guadalupe Mendoza, an energy transactions lawyer who has been practicing in Houston for more than 5 years. Both Sigler and Mendoza previously worked at Winston & Strawn LLP and Baker Botts LLP.
