Hollub’s move to Oxy chief executive complete

Vicki A. Hollub has been appointed by the board of Occidental Petroleum Corp., Houston, as president and chief executive officer, completing the previously disclosed succession plan with Stephen I. Chazen (OGJ Online, May 6, 2015).

Chazen stepped down as chief executive officer following the company’s annual shareholder meeting and will remain on the company’s board. Hollub was elected to the board in December 2015.
