Lucid Energy seeks midstream expansion

Lucid Energy Group II LLC has secured an initial equity commitment of $350 million from EnCap Flatrock Midstream and Lucid II managers to invest in midstream projects and acquisitions.

The group seeks opportunities outside the Midland basin, where its predecessor company, Lucid Energy Group LLC, owns more than 700 miles of pipeline, compressor stations, 345 MMcfd of gas processing capacity, nitrogen rejection facilities, condensate stabilization facilities, and a crude oil gathering system.
