State-owned TurkmenGaz of Turkmenistan will lead the consortium of national governments planning to build, own, and operate the 1,800-km Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) natural gas pipeline (OGJ Online, Nov. 14, 2014).
