Louisiana: Little Bay field back on line

HOUSTON, Feb. 23
– Saratoga Resources Inc., Houston, has resumed production from Little Bay field in St. Mary Parish, La., which has been shut-in since mid-2009 due to problems with the third party owned gathering system and pipeline.

Saratoga reworked the A0311-1 well and reactivated the associated gas sales pipeline. Initial production is 336 b/d of oil and 3.2 MMcfd of gas. The field was discovered in 1969.
