RS Energy acquires NavPort

Calgary, Alberta-based RS Energy Group (RSEG) has acquired NavPort, a completion and production data company serving the upstream oil and gas market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

NavPort’s team of industry experts specialize in data gathering, visualization and analytics, enhancing RSEG’s current upstream and midstream offerings to provide energy intelligence and client service.
