Spear to co-chair Gardere's energy law practice

Gardere has named Timothy M. Spear co-chair of the firm’s energy industry team. Spear will co-lead the group alongside co-chair Douglas K. Eyberg.

Spear, whose practice focuses on acquisitions, divestitures and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, has worked as the lead external counsel on a number of oil and gas transactions with sale prices in excess of $1 billion.
