Parnell joins Parsley Energy as VP, Newcomer resigns board post

Randolph Newcomer, Jr. has resigned his position on the board of directors of Parsley Energy Inc. (NYSE: PE). Newcomer joined hte board prior to the company's initial public offering in May 2014.

Additionally, Larry Parnell has joined the company as vice president—engineering, effective July 26, 2016.

Parnell has over 30 years of exploration and production experience and has served in a variety of engineering, operations, business development, planning, and leadership roles both domestically and internationally.
