The firm arranges private equity and debt placements to fund growth or to refinance existing investments; manages asset sales and mergers; and provides valuations and financial advisory services.

Krasoff and Johnson are joined by Colby K. Gibbins and have established offices in the Fulbright Tower in downtown Houston.

Krasoff is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm and marketing the firm's corporate finance and restructuring practice. He has led engagements for both public and private entities. Krasoff has provided services in both upstream and downstream energy, real estate, extractive industries, manufacturing, environmental, distribution, health care, and retail industries.

Johnson is a co-founder of Chiron Financial and is responsible for marketing and managing the firm's corporate finance and restructuring engagements. He also leads the firm's energy vertical and has over 30 years of experience in energy as an investment banker, fund manager, and business operator. His areas of expertise include: private equity and debt placements as both investment banker and fund manager, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy development. Johnson has advised and invested in onshore and offshore oil and gas companies with strategies ranging from PDP focus to exploration, and has arranged funding for start-ups and large public companies.
