Sigler joins Baker & McKenzie

Denmon Sigler Denmon Sigler has joined Baker & McKenzie as a partner, adding more than 17 years of experience advising clients globally on energy-related transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and project development. Sigler joined Baker & McKenzie from Winston & Strawn LLP.

Based in Houston, Sigler counsels clients throughout the entire oil and gas value chain. In the upstream sector, she advises on exploration and development of conventional and unconventional, onshore and offshore resources. Sigler will be a member of the North American Banking, Finance and Major Projects and North America Oil & Gas practices.

Additionally, Sigler works with midstream clients in acquisitions and divestitures and to develop pipelines and gathering and processing systems. In the downstream sector, she assists refining and petrochemical clients in the purchase and sale of companies and business units, the formation and governance of joint ventures, project development, integration, shared site and utility arrangements, the purchase of feedstocks, sale of products, logistics and other transportation issues.

Sigler received her bachelor’s degree from Rice University and her JD from South Texas College of Law.
