Schlumberger prices tender offer for Cameron senior notes

Schlumberger Holdings Corp. (SHC) has provided the early tender results and consideration to be paid in its cash tender offer for up to an aggregate principal amount of $1,243,157,000 of the outstanding senior notes of Cameron International Corp. The terms and conditions of the tender offer are described in the offer to purchase, dated March 22, and the related letter of transmittal.

As of the previously announced early tender deadline of 5 p.m., New York City time, on April 4, $1,243,157,000 aggregate principal amount of notes had been validly tendered and not validly withdrawn.

SHC has retained Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., JP Morgan Securities LLC, and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as dealer managers, and DF King & Co. Inc. as the depositary and information agent for the tender offer.
