Manning resigns from Antero board

Christopher R. Manning has resigned from the board of directors of Antero Resources (NYSE: AR) and from the board of directors of the general partner of Antero Midstream (NYSE:AM). Neither Antero Resources nor Antero Midstream has plans to fill the vacated board seats in the near term.

Antero Resources is an independent natural gas and oil company engaged in the acquisition, development and production of unconventional liquids-rich natural gas properties located in the Appalachian Basin in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Antero Midstream is a limited partnership that owns, operates, and develops midstream gathering and compression assets located in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, as well as integrated water assets that primarily service Antero Resources' properties located in West Virginia and Ohio.
