Bibby Offshore appoints Kennedy to board

Bibby Offshore Holdings Ltd., a provider of subsea installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance (IRM) services to the offshore oil and gas industry, has appointed Archie Kennedy to the board of Bibby Offshore as a non-executive director. Kennedy previously served on the company’s board between 2011 and 2012.

Kennedy is a chartered engineer with over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has previously held roles as managing director of Nexen Petroleum UK Ltd. (2012–2015) and managing director of ConocoPhillips UK Ltd. (2004–2009). Kennedy also brings international experience, including postings in the US and Canada.
