SierraConstellation Partners expands into US Southwest

SierraConstellation Partners LLC (SCP), an interim management and advisory firm to middle-market companies in transition, has opened two new offices in Texas. The Dallas office will be headed by SCP Partner and Managing Director Tim Hassenger, and the Houston office will be headed by SCP Managing Director Drew McManigle.

McManigle has more than 25 years of experience in operational leadership, business turnarounds, and financial restructurings, and he has conducted complex litigation worldwide. His experience in the energy industry includes C-level positions with oil and gas companies, fuel distributors, oil-well servicing companies, and energy production and investment companies. McManigle earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston.

Hassenger has more than 25 years of management, financial, and operational experience in a range of industries, including in turnaround situations and in resolving complex banking, regulatory, and legal issues. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of South Dakota and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University’s Graziado School of Business.
