Oceaneering appoints Boyle as SVP, Asset Integrity

Oceaneering International Inc. has appointed William J. Boyle as senior vice president, Asset Integrity. He replaces Michael C. Leys, who will become Oceaneering's vice president, Operations – Asset Integrity.  

Leys will assist Boyle with the day-to-day operations and facilitate a smooth and orderly succession until his retirement later in the year.

Prior to joining Oceaneering, Boyle held senior leadership positions at several companies in the oilfield services and other related industries. Most recently, he was CEO at Underwater Integrity Solutions. Boyle graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Oceaneering provides engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore oil and gas industry, with a focus on deepwater applications.
