King & Spalding names new managing partner for firm’s Houston office

King & Spalding LLP has named Tracie Renfroe as a new managing partner for its Houston office, according to various media outlets. She succeeds Robert Meadows, who will remain a partner at the firm’s Houston office.

Renfroe is a trial lawyer and co-chairs King & Spalding's energy practice. She focuses on toxic tort, environmental, product liability, and commercial disputes. Among her clients are Shell, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, and Marathon Oil Co.

Renfroe joined King & Spalding in 2006 after working with Bracewell & Giuliani LLP since 1985.
