Peter L. Schwiering, who has served as a SemGroup Corp. vice president since February 2012, will retire once a successor is in place. He will continue to serve in his current capacities until a successor is in place to ensure an orderly transition.
Schwiering has served SemGroup in a variety of other leadership roles with the company’s crude oil division since November 2000, including most recently as COO and as a director of the general partner of Rose Rock Midstream LP.
SemGroup is initiating a search process to identify a successor. The company will consider both internal and external candidates, and Schwiering will work with the company to help identify his successor.
