Husky cuts additional jobs

Calgary-based Husky Energy Inc. has initiated another round of job cuts across its organization, according to Bloomberg. The company has not disclosed the number of jobs that were eliminated, as the company contends with the ongoing industry downturn.

Last October, Husky Energy cut approximately 1,400 positions.

Husky Energy is one of Canada's largest integrated energy companies. It operates worldwide with upstream and downstream business segments.
