Expro appoints Jardon as new CEO

Expro has appointed Mike Jardon as CEO, succeeding Charles Woodburn, in this leadership role. Woodburn is leaving the company in April to join BAE Systems plc.

Jardon was named Expro’s COO in 2011. Previously, he was vice president of well testing and subsea, responsible for North and South America at Schlumberger, and also held senior roles in wireline, completions, well testing, and subsea from 1992 until 2008. He held a variety of assignments throughout North America, South America, and the Middle East. He also spent three years with Vallourec as president of North America, leading the commercial activities across North America, directing global research and development, as well as managing sales and strategy for the region. Jardon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and mathematics from the Colorado School of Mines.

Expro’s mission is well flow management. The company provides services and products that measure, improve, control, and process flow from oil and gas wells, from exploration and appraisal through to mature field production optimization and enhancement.
