Oil & gas law firm expands energy base

Randolph Marsh, an oil & gas and natural resources attorney, is now Of Counsel for the Beckmen Law PC's Energy and Corporate practice groups.

Marsh established PetroCounsel in 2006, providing title opinions in growing shale plays across the country. Through the late 1990s and early 2000s, Marsh's solo practice assisted tech-based startups in navigating the commercialization process and provided legal counsel to small businesses. He was also a partner in a consulting firm that helped US and European companies enter the Middle Eastern and North African markets to develop new business. 

Marsh is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen and Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.  He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1996. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida.
